GC Claw provides AI-assisted lead intake, lead qualification, conversation capture, routing, and related workflow tools for contractor businesses. GC Claw acts as an assistant tool and does not replace human operational, sales, legal, insurance, or technical judgment.

GC Claw is intended for business use by contractors and related service providers. It is not intended for children or for users under 13 years old.

• AI-generated responses may be incorrect, incomplete, or outdated.
• GC Claw does not provide final quotes, binding estimates, insurance approvals, legal advice, or technical diagnoses.
• Contractors are responsible for reviewing leads, messages, scope summaries, scheduling details, and operational decisions before acting on them.
• Visitors should contact the contractor directly for urgent, emergency, safety, pricing, or project-specific decisions.

GC Claw does not guarantee leads, booked jobs, revenue, search rankings, response rates, customer outcomes, or uninterrupted service. GC Claw also does not guarantee Google rankings, does not guarantee Local Service Ads (LSA) credits, refunds, or eligibility outcomes, and does not guarantee appearance in any Google surface. Marketing examples are illustrative and not a promise of performance.

The current standard plan is a 7-day trial with full feature access and no charge during the trial, followed by $150/month thereafter. Pricing displayed on this page reflects the current standard offer; a separately-signed order form or written agreement controls if its terms differ from this page.

Contractors cancel their subscription self-serve from Dashboard → Settings → Billing (Stripe Customer Portal). Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; partial periods are not refunded unless a money-back guarantee is stated in writing for a specific offer.

GC Claw is currently offered as a beta service. Some features may change, fail, or require manual review while we prepare for full production launch. Beta status does not reduce our obligations regarding your privacy, the security of your data, or processing of payments you have authorized under your subscription.

The contractor owns the customer relationship with each homeowner/visitor whose lead is captured through GC Claw. GC Claw facilitates intake, qualification, and routing on behalf of the contractor and does not contract with homeowners directly. The contractor is responsible for follow-up, scheduling, scope, pricing, and any agreement reached with the homeowner.

When a contractor connects Google Business Profile, Local Service Ads, or related Google surfaces, every public write performed through GC Claw on the contractor's behalf — including review replies, profile edits, and other contractor-facing public content — requires explicit per-action contractor approval. GC Claw does not auto-publish public Google content. Approval flows are surfaced in the Studio inbox for the contractor to review before any write is dispatched.

• Do not use GC Claw for illegal, deceptive, abusive, spam, or fraudulent activity.
• Do not use GC Claw to collect sensitive information that is not needed for contractor lead intake.
• Do not attempt to reverse engineer, overload, scrape, attack, or bypass security controls.
• Do not misrepresent AI-generated content as human-written where disclosure is required.

If phone-based communication features are enabled, users may receive calls or messages related to their inquiry. Automated phone or SMS features may require additional consent language before they are enabled.

Paid plans, setup fees, subscriptions, usage limits, overages, and refunds are governed by the pricing displayed on this page and the Subscription, Trial, and Cancellation section above, together with any separately-signed written agreement presented at the time of purchase. Any money-back guarantee must be stated in writing and applies only to the specific offer where it appears.

GC Claw relies on third-party providers for hosting, database, notifications, AI model inference, and related infrastructure. We are not responsible for third-party outages, changes, or limitations outside our reasonable control.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, GC Claw and DYNIBYTE AI are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or lost-profit damages arising from use of the service.

We may update these Terms as the product changes. Continued use of GC Claw after updates means you accept the updated Terms.
